Our 8th graders have been investigating air pressure as part of their climate and weather unit! Students were challenged to equalize the 14.7 pounds of air pressure that the Earth’s surface naturally has to keep a notecard stuck under a cup of water after flipping it upside down. After a few attempts, students figured it out and some were able to keep the air pressure equalized for 9+ minutes! Air pressure has been a topic of conversation as we await the upcoming low pressure system moving in to create a Wisconsin spring snowstorm!! #mayvillecardinals #mayvilleschools #cardinalpride

For the first time ever, MHS had three students attend the 10th Annual Robert J. Martin High School Forensic Accounting Competition this year! It was an exciting day with 30 teams competing.
