Students did macroinvertebrate testing and biotic index scoring with staff from the Horicon Marsh Education Center. Our 7th graders completed their plate tectonics lab earlier this week. They learned how tectonic plates move to create different landforms. Three different boundaries were created with the graham crackers (plate boundaries) and whipped cream (mantle): transform, divergent, and convergent.
