6th graders created menus and took 'orders' from our 3rd graders for a real-life lesson in math! 6th graders calculated the bill, including tax, while 3rd graders paid using play money. Our 4th grade students had the wonderful opportunity to work in our school prairie on Monday afternoon. Over 200 new native prairie plants were planted by teachers, students, and family volunteers. The plants were donated from the Horicon Marsh Wildflower Sale. Keep an eye out this summer for the plants in full bloom!
