The Mayville High School's very own Mayville Players performed two musicals this year, and both productions received several Jerry Award nominations.
Nominations included Outstanding Musical, Outstanding Orchestra, Outstanding Direction, Outstanding Choreography, Outstanding Scenic Design, Outstanding Lighting Design, and Outstanding Costumes. Many of our performers were also nominated in Lead, Supporting, or Spirit roles.

Outstanding Lead Performance: Serenity Mahoney as “Audrey”
The Jerry Awards Ceremony will take place at the Overture Center for the Arts in Madison on June 7. Hayden, Helen, Morgan, and Pearl will have the opportunity to take part in a special performance featuring all Spirit Award winners. Jake will also have the opportunity to perform alongside other Supporting Performance winners. Serenity will perform in a medley with fellow leading performer recipients and is eligible to audition for the Jimmy Awards in New York—often described as the Tony Awards for high school performers.
