Enrollment for students who are residents of Mayville can be scheduled with our District Registrar for all of Mayville’s three schools. Our Registrar is centrally located within our Elementary School at 445 N. Henninger St. Please call 920-387-7970 x3002 to schedule a time to come in and complete the necessary paperwork.
Our Cardinal Campus includes Parkview Early Learning Center (EC-4K), Mayville Elementary School (Grade KG-6), and Mayville Junior/Senior High School (Grade 7-12). School tours are always available upon request.
Parents/guardians of students who are new to Mayville School District should have the following information with them when they enroll a child:
Child's birth certificate
Proof of residency in the School District of Mayville, WI
Immunization records
Transcript, if applicable (cumulative records will be requested from the last school of attendance by the district registrar)
Students transferring from other school districts may be asked to participate in academic testing before grade placement is established. The building principal shall have the authority to determine the grade level at which a student shall be placed.
Upon enrollment, the student’s family is provided with information and a login code for access to the Mayville student information system, Skyward, along with information such as course descriptions and handbooks for the school, if applicable.
