Technology & Engineering Education

The Technology and Engineering Department provides students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed at a post-secondary level, within a career, and as active members of their community. This will be accomplished through the use of traditional, as well as emerging technologies such as Additive and Automated Manufacturing. The year-long "Introduction to Technology and Engineering Education" course is an overview of all aspects of Tech Ed, and is the prerequisite course for all of the Department's pathways:

Architecture or Construction Pathway-
Careers in designing, planning, managing, building and maintaining the built environment.

Manufacturing Pathway-
Planning, managing and performing the processing of materials into intermediate or final products and related professional and technical support activities such as production planning and control, maintenance and manufacturing/process engineering.
