The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. The administration of Parkview, or the Mayville School District, may have reason to contact parents regarding a change in schedule due to bad weather, or to share an emergency alert or information about an incident.
Parent Communication in the event of a school emergency is through phone or text messages from the school's emergency alert system, e-mail messages from Skyward, the District Website at www.mayvilleschools.com, the District Facebook Page, accessible from the District Website or through Facebook directly, and The Great 98 Radio Station at 98.7 FM. Do not call your child's school during an actual emergency. Obtain official information via the above sources or go to the Parent Gathering Site.

If/when schools are closed because of a concern for students’ health and safety, no scheduled events will be held. This means no practices, rehearsals, performances, competitions, workouts or any activities for any students in any school building. Instructional hours missed due to school closings will be made up as directed by the Board of Education and the Department of Public Instruction rules and regulations.
